Decoration -  sharpy star shape made of luscious lighty whipped cream.

Soft buttery cake lining was individually baked, layered & decorated with fresh cream / cream cheese frosting.

Heart layer - loads of chopped roasted almond nougatine blend with cream cheese, milk, spoonful of bittersweet authentic honey & tangling lemon juice.
Top layer - baked sour cream

Almond nut can be replaced with hazelnut or macademia nut or mix of 3 nuts with additional cost.
