Carrot Walnut Cake and Cupcake

It’s quite sometimes since Hunny’s last new cake introductory..
And today, as to craft 16th July in this blog (hehehe..), with all the excitement, Hunny would like to add another cake in the list.

As per its name, the key ingredients are :
Ms Carrot the Orange; finely grated..
and Mr Walnut the.. (ermmm.. feel free to name. Hehehe); roasted & chopped..
With a spoonful of cinnamon ground, they both got married & create such bold flavor to the taste.

The cake itself is so tender & moist, and every bites is in between of chewy carrots & crunchy walnut. For the whole cake, it layered & frosted with luscious sweet-tangy cream cheese & sprinkled with roasted walnut on top. Same goes to cupcake, it frosted with a swirl of cream cheese as well.

It comes in two options:
Whole cake (square 9" weight around 1.80kg) - RM70/cake
Cupcakes - RM70/25's
